Getting the right person for the right job is very important for us. It’s important to us that all staff members are exactly the right fit for both our clients and our business, as well as the job role.
We have a sophisticated recruitment procedure: following a successful application, you will be invited in for an initial job interview. If you are successful, you will be requested to do a presentation regarding your specialist area, preceded by numerical tests. On successful completion of the second interview, we’ll invite you back for a more informal chat and a chance to meet some of the team.
It is a tough recruitment process but the end result ensures we employ the very best people. Every interview has a personal approach – we not only look at ability but also think about internal relationships and how you fit into our culture. We’re as concerned about your ability as we are about who you might go to lunch with.
Like the sound of what you hear? Our current jobs and vacancies are listed in the navigation above. Even if there are no particular roles listed, we still may want to meet you so please submit your CV to (iwanttowork@tbglondon.com) iwanttowork (at) tbglondon (dot) com
TBG stormed into The Sunday Times Top 100 Places to Work in 2008 at #14. Needless to say, we’re very proud of this fact. This league is calculated using results from an anonymous survey. Conducted throughout the business, employees answer questions about their working environment, work / life balance, benefits and the management team, to name but a few. We scored exceptionally high in many categories. For example, we were 5th in the UK for number of employees saying that they are “proud to work for their organisation” (93.1%) and 7th in the UK for number of employees saying they “have fun at work” (92.7%). We don’t sit back and pat ourselves on our backs though. We want to be Top 10 so we’ve looked at where we had lower scores and improved those areas. What does this mean to you? Well, if your colleagues are happy, its more than likely that you will be happy here as well.
